Patients Participation Group

The Sheep market Surgery Patient's Group (known as SPriG) was established in 1989.

Its aims are to:

1. Support the Practice

2. Promote patient's needs and interests

Activities include:

  • Organising the Patient's Library
  • Arranging transport between the surgery and / or hospital where patients require help and support
  • Administrative support for the baby clinic and other Practice activities throughout the year
  • Organising open meetings.

Details of 'SPriG' activities are outlined on their notice board in the surgery and by means of their newsletter.

Any patient who feels they have something to contribute to the group or the newsletter will find an enthusiastic welcome from the group and should make contact via the Practice Manager.
