Dispensing Your Medicines To request a repeat prescription you may obtain a repeat prescription form from reception; tick the items required then leave the slip at the dispensary Village Patients Your acute and repeat medicines may be dispensed from our surgery. Alternatively your prescription may be collected from the surgery by one of the town chemists.
