Dr Harish Kundaje
Dr Mitchell has referred to our new Doctor in his Notes above, but the Editor thought patients would like us to wecome him on their behalf – and to see what he looks like!Dr Kundaje was born in India, and brought up on a University Campus where his Father was a Professor of Medicine. After qualifying as a Doctor, he moved to England at his Father's suggestion (his Father had trained in England). That was 10 years ago. Since then, he has acquired a wife and two children – a boy of five and a nine-month old baby girl, and he has qualified as a GP by passing the membership examination of the Royal College of General Practitioners. His wife is at present on maternity leave but hopes soon to return part time to her duties as a GP in Peterborough. Doctor Kundaje is a sportsman, playing cricket for Peterborough and also enjoying playing badminton and squash – when he has time! We hope he has a very happy time as a Partner – the first new Partner for several years.
