Stamford Hospital Redevelopment Consultation
As Chairman of the Patient's Group I have been invited to a meeting in June 2010 to meet with the Hospital Team leading the planning of Stamford Hospital Redevelopment. This Hospital Team have asked:
1. What type of services we would like to see at Stamford?
2. What is the vision for the future at Stamford?
If you would like to contribute your opinions please give a brief summary and place it in the special 'post-box' on the Reception Desk by 4th June 2010. If you can't respond by this date, then however late, please let me have your views in a note left for me at the Surgery. I look forward to receiving your suggestions.
